So here we are 6 weeks out from the Palmetto Cup and 9 weeks out from State and the best smack talk out there has been from an unknown that hides behind the name 2010Champ... Where is everybody?!?!? Nobody has anything to say about the upcoming shows? Who's entering?? Come on people, get something going!!

I know one guy from Greemville "Gary Piotrowski" for sure that will be doing the State. He was second in the Light Heavys last year. He will be a little bigger this year and is already in good shape. Gary is one of the guys I warned 2010Champ about.

If your listening Champ, Words for motivation from the 2008Champ, Gary's going to be nasty!

Thanks Eric! If Gary has put on some size from last year he will def be in the running. Eight weeks out now so maybe the excitement will creep into the air to replace the friggin' pollen. I'm headed to Cola. today to judge the Mr./Miss. USC with Glen Herring. That will help to motivate me for the next few weeks.

It doesn't matter who did what last year, or what kind of shape they're in. Lightweight, middleweight, super-heavy... doesn't matter. You boys are training to lose. You don't have what i have inside... you may think you do, but you don't. I will see you, and beat you, in 8 weeks.

But, when I tell you he is bigger and already has good abs at 8 weeks out that does matter! What you have inside and the $60 entry fee doesn't guarantee a trophy let along the Ring. it's all about what you look like beside everyone else.

I'm just giving everyone fair warning, If you have another gear you better hit it!

Good abs? 8 weeks out? Better have those about 14 or 16 weeks out. Better have veins running all over em at 8 weeks out... if not, better not show up at my show on the 5th. Or at least don't bring your girl... no reason to be embarrassing yourself in front of her.

There were several guys from last year that have what it takes if they stay motivated. Not to mention the unknown, maybe Cedric have a little brother???
